What these messages are

Atch & Co. Home Services, LLC uses a toll-free number to send internal operational notifications. When a homeowner submits the estimate request form on atchco.com, our system sends one text message alerting the business owner that a new lead arrived, with the lead's name, contact details, requested service, and message.

Who receives them

Only the business owner of Atch & Co. Home Services, LLC, at the company's own mobile number, receives these alerts. The owner opted in by entering his own number into our lead-notification system when it was set up. Customers and website visitors are never sent text messages from this number, and no phone number collected through the website form is ever texted. We do not send marketing or promotional texts, and we do not share or sell phone numbers or opt-in data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Message frequency

One message per estimate request received; typically 1–30 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply.
